                                        10月31日下午1点30分，分行召开“创建全国文 明城市，徽行在行动”学雷锋志愿服务专项活动动员会，参加活动的40多位志愿者到会。会议由分行党委副书记、纪委书记严德纯主持，分行党委书记张勇作动员讲话，他高度赞扬了参加活动志愿者的无私奉献精神，要求志愿者搞好各项服务，展现徽商银行员工积极向上的精神风貌，为阜阳市创建全国**城市作出应有贡献。会议结束后，志愿者到达服务区域，活动正式启动。
