font-family: 微软雅黑;"><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑;">活动当日，市第二人民医院心血管内科、肾病科、呼吸科、血管外科、消化科、内分泌科等多科室联合组成的专家团队，一早就开启了义诊，周边早已聚集了许多翘首以盼的患者。专家们耐心询问患者病情，仔细查体，给出优化的治疗方案。一位长期被脑梗死、高血压困扰，行动不便的老人激动地说：“孩子们都在外地，我出门看病太难了。这次市二院专家到家门口，实实在在的帮助到了我，太感谢他们了！”短短几个小时，专家团队接待患者数百人次，量血压、测血糖、分析病情，用专业与耐心为基层群众带来温暖。</span></span></p><section style="text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"></section><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: 微软雅黑;">义诊结束后，合作共建三周年庆祝活动正式开始。市第二人民医院党委副书记、院长李秀勇在会上总结道，三年来，医院党委始终把合作共建工作放在重要位置。一是在人才培养方面，通过派驻各科室专家和老集卫生院分批选派业务骨干前往市二院进修，这种双向合作提高了医务人员业务水平，目前老集卫生院副高级以上职称已<span style="font-family: 微软雅黑;">增至22人，中级职称24人，全科医生14人。</span>在全市乃至全省名列前茅。二是推动优质医疗资源下沉成果显著。2024年（截至6月）派驻专家202人次，业务培训36场，诊疗1002人次，义诊23次，实实在在的将市级医疗资源送到群众“家门口”。三是在医疗技术层面，<span style="font-family: 微软雅黑;">老集卫生院在专家进驻后成立了胸痛救治、房颤诊疗、创伤急救、肺癌筛查等多个医疗救治小组，这些小组的高效运作，让老集卫生院的救治能力实现质的飞跃。为患者节省了诊疗费用，也真正实现了“小病不出镇”的目标。</span></span></p><section style="text-align: justify;
