white-space: normal; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">刘磊院长在胸外科领域深耕多年，有着深厚的学术造诣和丰富的临床经验。面对肺癌这一严重威胁人类健康的疾病，传统的开胸手术创伤大、术后恢复慢，患者往往需要承受较大的痛苦。为了改善患者的治疗体验，提高手术效果，刘磊院长一直致力于探索更先进、更微创的治疗方式。经过前期的筹备与钻研，在他的主导下，我院决定开展胸腔镜下肺癌根治术。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.2353em; white-space: normal; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">在手术筹备阶段，刘磊院长组织胸外科、麻醉科、手术室等多科室团队，多次开展病例讨论和技术研讨。从患者的病情评估、手术方案的制定，到手术器械的准备、术中可能出现的风险预案，每一个环节都进行了细致入微的分析和规划。他强调，胸腔镜下肺癌根治术对手术操作的精准性和团队配合的默契度要求极高，任何一个小细节都可能影响手术的成败和患者的预后。</p></section><section style="text-align: center; box-sizing: border-box;">手术当日，在刘磊院长的指挥下，整个手术团队迅速进入状态。麻醉科医生精准实施麻醉，为手术创造良好条件；手术室护士熟练配合，确保手术器械的及时供应和手术环境的安全。刘磊院长凭借精湛的技术和丰富的经验，通过几个微小的切口，在胸腔镜的辅助下，清晰地观察到患者胸腔内的病变部位。他小心翼翼地分离组织、处理血管、切除肿瘤，并对周围淋巴结进行清扫。整个手术过程有条不紊，操作精细准确，成功完成了胸腔镜下肺癌根治术。手术出血量少，患者生命体征平稳，术后恢复情况良好，相较于传统开胸手术，患者疼痛明显减轻，能够更快地下床活动，极大地缩短了住院时间。</span></p></section><section style="text-align: center; white-space: normal; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">腹腔镜微创手术，科室常规开展腹腔镜下胆囊切除术、阑尾切除术、腹股沟疝无张力修补术，肺癌、胃肠道肿瘤根治性切除术，微创治疗大隐静脉曲张、小儿疝气并选择性的开展日间手术。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.2353em; white-space: normal; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">肺部疾病以肺癌的外科治疗为重点，实施规范化、个性化、微创化治疗，制定针对性治疗方案；食管疾病以食管癌为重点，实施标准的食管癌淋巴结清扫术。应用胸腔镜微创化治疗，将肺、食管、纵膈和胸壁疾病的治疗更加精准化。目前常规开展胸腔镜下肺叶切除术、胸腔镜下纵膈肿瘤根治术、食管癌根治术等术式。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.2353em; white-space: normal; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">肿瘤的综合治疗 ，常规开展肺癌、甲状腺、腮腺肿瘤切除，乳腺肿瘤根治术、早期乳腺癌保乳术、保腋术，前哨淋巴结活检在治疗早期乳腺癌保乳术中的应用及乳腺癌术后综合治疗，乳腺癌改良根治术后乳房整形再造。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.2353em; white-space: normal; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">急腹症及急危重患者的救治，科室在急腹症的诊疗工作积累了丰富的临床经验，开展多学科联动协作的急腹症及急危重患者的救治工作，在急腹症患者的诊疗、急诊手术治疗上开辟绿色通道确保患者的医疗安全及医疗质量。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.2353em;
