line-height: 2; letter-spacing: 2px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;"><p style="text-indent: 2.2353em; white-space: normal; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">会上，党委委员张炜炜首先带领大家深入学习了中共中央办公厅印发《关于加强公立医院党的建设工作的意见》。党委委员刘国美传达了省委减负办 省纪委办公厅《关于3起整治形式主义为基层减负典型问题的情况通报》、市级学习教育工作专班转发《关于印发<徐令义同志在合肥市调研学习教育情况时的讲话>的通知》的通知等文件内容，对文件中的重点条款和新要求进行详细解读，确保参会人员准确领悟文件精神。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.2353em; white-space: normal; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">结合会议学习内容和医院工作实际，王继年提出三点要求：一是要不断完善制度建设。要紧扣医院发展实际，对现有制度进行全面梳理研判，确保各项工作在规范轨道上高效运行。二是要不断提高领导班子自身建设。要围绕中心工作需求，注重能力培养，强化能力提升，打造一支既懂业务又善管理的复合型班子。三是要不断提升基层组织党建水平。要聚焦群众急难愁盼问题，充分发挥基层党组织战斗堡垒作用，把基层党组织建成群众信赖的&ldquo;主心骨&rdquo;，推动基层党建工作提质增效。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.2353em;
