margin: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">为深入贯彻落实国家中医药发展战略，全面提升基层中医药服务能力，推动中医药适宜技术在基层的规范化应用。9月15日，由我院承办的“2025年阜阳市基层医疗卫生人员中医药适宜技术培训班（第三期）”正式开班。来自全市各区县的50名基层医务人员齐聚一堂，共同聚焦这场中医药技术规范化应用与能力提升的专题培训。本期培训将是提升我院中医药教研能力的一次有益探索。</p></section><section style="text-align: center; line-height: 2; letter-spacing: 2px; box-sizing: border-box;"><p style="text-indent: 2.2353em; white-space: normal; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">中医药适宜技术以其“简、便、验、廉”的特点，高度契合了广大群众的中医药服务需求，成为破解基层医疗资源不均衡、服务能力薄弱难题的重要抓手。本次培训进一步优化了课程设计，以临床实用为导向，重点强化实操环节。通过“以用促学、边学边练”的教学模式，帮助学员快速掌握技术要点。课程涵盖“醒脑开窍针刺法”、“火龙罐技术”、“浮针疗法”等中医特色疗法，结合慢性病、常见病诊疗需求，从系统化辨证思维构建到技术规范操作，保障学员所学技术真正转化为基层服务能力。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.2353em; white-space: normal; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">目前阜阳市中医医院已完成本次基层医疗卫生人员中医药适宜技术前两期 110名学员的全部培训，依托前期培训实现了技术下沉、科普宣教、中医经典融合现代临床等举措，有效提升了基层中医药服务水平。在总结经验的基础上，本期培训班将重点围绕“推动优质资源跨区域共享”的核心教学内涵，为基层医务人员搭建一个自由、纯净的学术交流平台，标志着我院在提升区域中医药服务能力上迈出了更加坚实的一步。</p></section></section></section><section style="text-align: center;
