line-height: 2; letter-spacing: 2px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;"><p style="text-indent: 2.2353em; white-space: normal; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">会议首先以视频形式学习了《习近平总书记关心关爱医务工作者》、中共中央政治局召开会议 审议《中国共产党思想政治工作条例》 研究《中华人民共和国民族团结进步促进法（草案）》。并通过集中领学和书面学习的形式，分别学习了《医务人员职业道德准则（2025年版）》《王清宪主持召开省政府党组会议 传达学习省委十一届十次全会精神 研究政府系统贯彻落实工作》《市委常委会扩大会议暨市委党的建设工作领导小组会议强调 锲而不舍落实中央八项规定精神》《中国人民抗日战争暨世界反法西斯战争胜利80周年纪念活动总结会议在京举行》等会议文件精神。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.2353em; white-space: normal; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">王继年总结讲话并提出五点要求：一是以政治学习为引领，锚定医德医风建设方向。要将医德医风建设纳入医院党建与业务融合的核心任务，从政治高度认识医德医风的重要性。二是以准则学习为根本，夯实医德医风制度根基。要全面梳理医院现有医德医风管理制度、考核机制、监督流程，让医德医风建设有章可循、有规可依。三是以典型交流为抓手，凝聚医德医风实践合力。要推动“分管领导带头抓、职能科室具体抓、临床科室协同抓”的工作格局落地，将学习交流成果转化为提升服务质量的实际行动。四是以历史纪念为契机，厚植医德医风为民情怀。要结合中国人民抗日战争暨世界反法西斯战争胜利80周年纪念活动精神，引导医务人员从历史中汲取担当力量。五是以监督考核为保障，巩固医德医风建设成效。要将医德医风表现纳入医务人员绩效考核、职称评聘、评优评先的重要指标，切实为医院高质量发展筑牢思想道德防线。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.2353em;
