white-space: normal; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">王继年书记指出，此次科室统筹是院党委加强急救体系建设的重要举措，旨在进一步明确急诊功能定位，优化资源配置。他对近年来急诊科在救治能力、人员结构、管理制度等方面工作作了深入详细的分析，并对未来科室建设提出具体要求：一要统一思想、提高站位，坚决贯彻落实党委决策部署；二要加强党建引领，营造风清气正的科室工作氛围；三要健全“支部书记、科主任、护士长”集体决策机制，结合科室实际科学谋划、有序推进，使科室更好地适应医院高质量发展。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.2353em;
