white-space: normal; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">随后，王继年详细讲解了“三会一课”制度的具体内容、时间要求、主要任务和程序规范。他强调，“三会一课”是党的组织生活的基本制度，是加强党员日常教育管理、提升党支部组织力的重要载体。各党支部必须严格规范执行，不断提高“三会一课”质量，创新活动形式，丰富学习内容，确保党的组织生活经常、认真、严肃，切实增强党内政治生活的政治性、时代性、原则性、战斗性。</p></section><section style="text-align: center;
