line-height: 2; letter-spacing: 2px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;"><p style="text-indent: 2.2353em; white-space: normal; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">会议首先以视频形式学习了《中国共产党第二十届中央委员会第四次全体会议公报》，并通过集中领学和书面学习的形式，分别学习了《雷海潮：加快建设健康中国 聚焦三大重点任务》《省委常委会召开扩大会议 认真学习贯彻党的二十届四中全会精神 奋力谱写中国式现代化安徽篇章》《六届市委常委会第215次会议召开 传达学习党的二十届四中全会精神》《习近平谈治国理政》第五卷等会议文件精神。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.2353em; white-space: normal; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">王继年总结讲话并提出四点要求：一是以政治建设立根铸魂，锚定中医医院发展方向。要将《习近平谈治国理政》中关于卫生健康的重要论述与党的二十届四中全会精神贯通学习，强化政策衔接、突出实践转化，真正把制度优势转化为中医诊疗服务的效能优势。二是以五年规划谋篇布局，彰显中医药特色优势。要以党的二十届四中全会精神为根本遵循，精准对标国家导向、凝聚全员智慧共识，确保规划符合阜阳群众健康需求，又让每一项举措都可落地、可检验，真正实现 “规划引领发展、发展惠及民生”。三是以巡察为契机强基固本，提升治理现代化水平。要以“巡察为动力、以整改促提升”，推动医院治理再上新台阶，突出问题导向、融入廉洁基因、夯实质量根基，不断提升医院管理的科学化、精细化、现代化水平。四是以任务落实见行见效，服务健康阜阳建设。要将健康中国建设的各项任务要求与我院实际相结合，在“医防融合”上破题、“重点服务”上提质，真正把“健康阜阳”的蓝图转化为群众看得见、摸得着的健康福祉。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.2353em;
