margin: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">重阳敬老，情暖金秋，恰逢世界卒中日，守护生命与敬老的传统主题相遇，10月29日阜阳市中医医院神经内科医护团队前往阜阳市军队离休干部休养所，开展了一场以“尽早识别，立即救医”为主题的世界卒中日健康义诊活动，积极响应“分秒必争，识别卒中，快速行动”号召，推动脑卒中早筛、早防、早治，为老同志们送去节日的健康关怀。</p></section><section style="text-align: center; line-height: 2; letter-spacing: 2px; box-sizing: border-box;"><p style="text-indent: 2.2353em; white-space: normal; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">活动现场，神经内科主任许杰为老同志们带来了通俗易懂的脑卒中预防知识讲座，系统讲解了脑卒中的早期识别方法、主要危险因素和科学防治策略。讲座结束后，医护团队开展了面对面义诊咨询，为老干部们测量血压、血糖，并针对大家关心的各类健康问题，提供了专业的初步判断和个性化的就医指导。本次活动还设置了中医特色护理体验环节，耳穴压丸、刮痧等传统中医疗法吸引了老同志们踊跃体验，让大家在亲身体验中感受中医在“治未病”和慢病调理中的独特魅力。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.2353em; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">科室简介</strong></p><p style="text-indent: 2.2353em; white-space: normal; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">阜阳市中医医院神经内科成立于2014年，随着医院的发展，科室也在茁壮成长，神经内科（脑病科）是十四五市级重点专科、阜阳市卒中防治联盟单位、安徽省神经内科疑难罕见病联盟理事单位。目前我科现有开放床位60张，配置有空调、中心吸氧、中心负压吸引、床边呼叫系统、独立卫生间、神经内科设专科门诊1个、医院配有脑电图室、经颅多普勒室、介入诊疗中心；科室具有合理的人才梯队及先进的医疗设备，现有医护人员22名，其中高级职称4名，中级职称11名，研究生4名。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.2353em; white-space: normal; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">科室坚持“中医为主，中西结合”的办科理念，强调中医要有特色、西医重视规范，确保临床疗效是核心。目前在中西医治疗脑血管疾病方面取得了显著的临床疗效，积累了丰富的经验，每年住院病人约1400人次。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.2353em; white-space: normal; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">科室拥有系统的溶栓、介入医护团队，全脑血管造影术及超急性期脑梗死静脉溶栓治疗为科室特色技术，并具有独立的脑血管病房和专科门诊，开展了脑卒中的三级预防及诊疗。中西兼备，优势互补，应用中西医结合方法治疗脑梗死、脑出血、帕金森、脑动脉硬化症、偏头痛、三叉神经痛、中枢神经系统感染性病变及免疫系统等疾病，取得了较好的临床疗效。针对失眠等睡眠障碍问题进行系统化、科学化干预，为亚健康人群提供健康保障。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.2353em; white-space: normal; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">积极开展优质护理服务，运用传统中医特色理疗：开展有中药足浴、火疗技术（火龙督脉灸、中药火疗）、铜砭刮痧、耳穴压丸、耳部刮痧、腕踝针、中药穴位贴敷（现已成熟的中药贴敷有9种组方）、中药热敷、隔物灸（包括隔龟板盐灸、隔姜灸、艾盒灸）、拔罐（普通拔罐、平衡火罐、紫铜扶阳罐）等方法改善疾病症状、提高生活质量及预后。</p></section></section></section><section style="text-align: center;
