2025年医疗圈大洗牌！
医院工资绩效崩盘，
公立医院的日子也不好过了！
公立医院表面看起来“人满为患”，
实际效益不如想象的那么好！
因为收入模式已经被打破了！
近年来，取消药品加成、带量采购降价等政策，
已经打破了公立医院收入模式，
在政府补偿、医疗服务价格调整，
迟迟不到位的情况下，
公立医院的日子越发难过！
一段时间来，
不少公立医院纷纷选择扩建新院区、增设科室和床位，
以提升医疗服务能力。
然而，这种扩张往往缺乏科学规划，
导致资源浪费和效率低下！
很显然，公立医院无序扩张的发展模式，
行不通！
数据显示，2022全国公立医院有超过40%处于亏损。
这些医院加起来全年的亏损费用，
达到了1万亿，
折合下来每天都要亏30亿左右……
医院降薪裁员现象，
正日益成为常态化！
往昔，医护人员的绩效工资，
与科室效益、接诊量、手术量等指标紧密挂钩。
可如今，诸多因素交织，
让这份收入大打折扣。
一方面，医保支付方式深度改革，
推行按病种分值付费（DIP）、按疾病诊断相关分组付费（DRG），
限制了医院过度诊疗的收费空间，
科室能创收的“口子”收紧；
另一方面，患者就医人次，
受大环境影响有所波动，
加上民营医疗机构竞争分流，
公立医院业务量增长乏力。
以某三甲医院外科为例，
手术量月均下滑 20%，
绩效工资随之下调超 30%，
医护们到手薪资锐减，
经济压力骤升！
去年的这个时候，
滨州医学院烟台附属医院开了个重要会议，
叫过紧日子工作推进会。
一份调研显示，
2024年中国预算收入前100的公立医院中，
年收入达“百亿级”的公立医院，
从前年的9家增至17家。
