box-sizing: border-box;">手术过程中，麻醉医生精准控制麻醉深度，全程严密监护，确保患者生命体征平稳。手术团队置入腹腔镜后探查见：患者胰头、胰体、胰尾存在多发性实性肿物，其中最大的位于胰尾部，大小约5cm&times;4.5cm&times;3cm，胰腺组织水肿明显，与周围组织粘连严重。在腹腔镜高清视野辅助下，团队精细分离粘连部位，谨慎处理周围血管，完整切除全胰及脾脏，保留重要脏器功能，手术顺利完成。</p></section><section style="text-align: center;
